Fair and Transparent Refund Guidelines
At ZwakTech, we aim to deliver a smooth and transparent payment experience. Our refund policy applies to merchants and customers who process transactions through our platform.
1. Merchant Refund Responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for defining and handling their own refund policies for customers. ZwakTech facilitates refund processing on behalf of merchants but does not initiate refunds independently.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking institution involved.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Transaction processing fees charged by ZwakTech are non-refundable once a payment is completed successfully.
5. Disputed Transactions
In case of chargebacks or disputes, ZwakTech works with merchants, banks, and card issuers to resolve the issue promptly. Additional verification may be required.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments
If a fraudulent transaction is detected, ZwakTech reserves the right to suspend related merchant accounts and cooperate with authorities for investigation.
