4. Transaction Policy
All transactions processed through ZwakTech must comply with local and international financial regulations. Fraudulent or illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Fees and Charges
Transaction fees are outlined in your merchant agreement or pricing plan. ZwakTech reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
6. Settlement and Refunds
Settlement timelines vary depending on payment channels. ZwakTech does not guarantee instant settlement but ensures timely processing under standard conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZwakTech is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in prohibited activities.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
